The project partners have met for the first in-person meeting on 11 and 12 March 2024 in Athens, Greece. The meeting has been hosted by the partners from the University of West Attica. All partners have been present during the meeting that enabled the project team to meet each other in person.

The coordinator has presented the main features of the project as well as the main expected results. Afterwards, FRAME has presented their approach for the development of the Conceptual framework – mainly how they propose to have the focus groups organized and the deep interviews conducted. They have also presented the methodologies for both activities and the template for the reporting of the results.

The partners have also dedicated special session for discussion of the new regulations and requirements for the project management and reporting. They have also focused on project dissemination as well as on quality management plan and activities. The second day finished with a meeting wrap up and confirmation of the next steps for all the partners.
