The project partners have met for the third time on 27 and 28 May in Sofia, Bulgaria.
During the meeting the partners have discussed in details the developed training materials for the CulturGastronomy course. They have discussed each module and the comments from the peer-review process for each of the modules. They have agreed on the revisions that needs to be introduced in each module after the meeting. They have agreed on a second round of peer-review process once the agreed revisions are introduced.

The partners have also discussed the developed materials for the Guidebook and how they are to be combined in one common document. The partners have agreed on the revisions that need to be introduced in each of the sub-chapters and have set the deadlines for these changes and amendments. USAL will review the revised materials afterwards and will prepare the final Guidebook version.

They partners have also discussed the organisation of the train the trainers activities in Salamanca, Spain in the autumn. The partners agreed to fix the dates of 7th till 10th October for that activity.

Afterwards, the partners have dedicated two separate sessions on the dissemination and on the quality management. The second day has finished with a meeting wrap up and confirmation of the next steps for all the partners.
