The project partners have met for the first project meeting on 13 and 14th May in Zagreb, Croatia. The meeting has been hosted by the University of Zagreb.
During the first part of the meeting the partners have discussed the main project features as well as the main results that needs to be developed during the project. Afterwards, the partners have discussed the process of development of the Methodological Frame – they have agreed on the questions that will be asked during the in-depth interviews as well as on the questionnaire for the focus group. They have also consented on the type of exerts that should be targeted for both activities. They have also set deadlines for the completion of these first steps of the project implementation.
The partners have also spent time on discussing the rules for the project management and the financial reporting. They have had separate sessions for the dissemination plan and activities throughout the project. They have also spent time to discuss the approach for the quality management. The second day finished with a meeting wrap up and confirmation of the next steps for all the partners.
