The third project meeting was held on 28^th and 29^th June 2024 in Zagreb, Bulgaria. The partners have met to discuss the final version of the training materials – for each of the thematic areas separately. They have agreed on the final revisions that need to be made prior to the piloting phase.

The partners have agreed that they will developed all materials entirely in English and will work with the English version during the summer schools and during the piloting process in each partner country. After the English version is refined and finalised, it will be then translated to all partners’ languages.

The partners have also discussed the organisation of the pilot summer school in Warsaw in the end of August 2024. They have discussed and agreed on the agenda and the approach to be used during the school conduction. Logistics and accommodation have also been discussed.

The partners have dedicated time in the meeting agenda for the discussion of the dissemination activities and for quality management topics. The second day finished with a meeting wrap up and confirmation of the next steps for all the partners.
